Sound journey with Iulian

About:

During the session, you relax, fully clothed on a comfortable mat on the floor, allowing the sound bathe your body and carry the mind, as the sound gently washes over you. The session will start with crystal singing bowls to activate the main energy centers (chakras), to re-tune the energetic body to optimal balance, release stress and blockages and promote deep relaxation. Resonant gongs will be gently invited to start sounding from time to time, gradually building sound with a multitude of harmonics. Towards the end, complete silence pervades allowing recipients to be in this profound, powerful stillness for a short time. 

Good to know:

You don't need to bring anything, just wear comfortable clothes as you will lie down for 90 minutes.

We'll provide mats, blankets and pillows.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so that you can settle in gently!
