We offer individual sound bath sessions at our studio in Den Haag. You can choose a session with gongs and singing bowls or one with singing bowls only. Additionally, we provide group sessions for up to four people.

During the sessions we use different planetary tuned gongs, singing bowls made out of crystal quartz or bronze, soundscape instruments and sometimes vocals. Each instrument have a different sound and vibration and resonate in different parts of the body.   
The sounds of gongs and singing bowls are powerful for relieving stress, fatigue, and other conditions that can lead to a lack of balance and harmony in the body. The vibrations eliminate tension, stimulate the glandular and circulatory systems, and regenerate the nervous system.
